Our party rental FAQs cover everything you need to know about renting from Sasquatch Party Rentals.
What area do you serve?
We serve Albany, Corvallis, Lebanon, Stayton, Scio, Sweet Home, Crabtree and the surrounding Willamette Valley, Oregon.
How does renting work?
Submit a rental request online with your games and date. We confirm your booking, you sign our rental agreement and pay the $100 refundable deposit, then you pick up your games.
Where do I pick up?
Pickup is in Albany, Crabtree or Lebanon. We send your exact pickup address once your deposit is paid.
Do you deliver?
No. All rentals are DIY pickup and drop-off, which keeps our prices low.
When do I pick up and return the games?
Pick up as soon as Friday evening and drop off by Monday morning. Weekday rentals are available by arrangement.
How much does it cost?
Every game is $40 per weekend, or any 3 for $100. The minimum order is $80.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a $100 security deposit. It is refunded when everything comes back complete, clean and undamaged.
How do I pay?
We accept card payments only, and the card is kept on file for the rental.
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes. Every renter signs a rental agreement before pickup.
What if it rains?
Please keep the games out of the rain. Items damaged beyond repair forfeit the deposit.
What if I return the games late?
Late returns can cost the next renter their party, so there is an $80 late fee unless arranged in advance.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellations more than 48 hours before pickup are 100% free. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged in full.
Are the games just for kids parties?
Not at all! Our giant yard games are a hit at birthdays, backyard barbecues, tailgates, family reunions, weddings, church and school events, and company parties.
