We make DIY party equipment rentals seamless and reliable. Please review our party rental policies below to ensure a smooth celebration for everyone.

Card Payments Only

All bookings require a valid debit or credit card kept securely on file. Incidental fees (late return, excessive cleaning, missing parts, or unreturned gear) are billed to this card.

$80 Late Return Fee

Equipment must be returned by your designated drop-off window. A late return can cost the next scheduled renter their party, so late returns incur an automatic $80 late fee unless arranged in advance.

$20 Cleaning Fee

Gear should be returned in reasonable, clean condition. A $20 maintenance fee applies to items returned heavily soiled, muddy, sticky, or covered with uncleaned food residue.

Missing Parts & Replacement

Any missing pieces are charged at replacement cost.

Weather Protection & Deposits

Please keep games stored out of the rain. Items damaged beyond repair forfeit the $100 security deposit.

48-Hour Cancellation Rule

Plans change! Enjoy 100% free cancellation when requested more than 48 hours prior to pickup. Cancellations made inside the 48-hour window will be charged in full.
